My bespoke training plans are created individually for you. Running has a different value and purpose for each individual and the training plans are designed to fit around your busy lifestyle. Below are a range of available plans, but please contact me if you're looking for something different.

Monthly Plan

  • 30 minute initial consultation to discuss current fitness, targets and races

  • Bespoke and adaptable monthly plan 

  • Support and communication via email or Whatsapp

  • Advice on races and race preparation

One-off 5km / 10km plan 
£50

  • 30 minute initial consultation to discuss current fitness, targets and races

  • Personal 5km or 10km training plan (6 - 8 weeks)

  • Detail and advice on specific training sessions

One-off Half Marathon/Marathon Plan

  • 30 minute initial consultation to discuss current fitness, targets and races

  • Personal half marathon or marathon  training plan (12 - 16 weeks)

  • Detail and advice on specific training sessions
